Hampton Inn Buffalo-Williamsville

The staff was very nice and when I came.to get breakfast, there was a member of staff making sure things were extra clean! The room was soooo comfortable. Hot shower and things were not cheap done/made. so often you get cheap lately. It was fun, had great amenities, and great location tucked away in Williamsville, just a walk away from everything. Easy parking with a big truck. Plus excellent thoughtfulness for our working dog. Even with a vest some people see a pitbull and get scared. Our helping dog was given courtesy and we got a room that was easily accessible to the outdoors for her. So, so thoughtful.

Our stay was a little staycation. My granddaughter had a school break. We did an overnight to swim and relax together. I planned to offer her a choice of restaurants for dinner but we had an ice storm, so we went to the Original Pancake House, which is very close. We both enjoyed breakfast. We'll do it again.

Such a comfortable bed, spacious room, bathroom shower is large and has good water pressure. I was also pleased with the desk/ work space in the room -that I used to work remotely. Several lamps and reading lamps give good lighting options in the room. Hot and cold breakfast options were delicious ( except the eggs which were so-so). Tables in the lobby convenient for me to bring takeout food to eat dinner. Very quiet to sleep at night. Pool is pleasant and well maintained. Staff are courteous and friendly! I stayed in the summer & enjoyed free live music on Thursday night, for a summer festival in the area, at a short walking distance . Glen Falls Park with lovely waterfall also close by.

The location was perfect for me as I could walk to so many places from there. I love the decoration theme in the lobby and in my room. Great bathroom, nice size and looked newly done up. The staff were very helpful and welcoming too.

I loved everything. It was clean, as it should be. I didn’t hear a peep. The breakfast was great and the staff was pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about my experience. I would visit again.
